Sleeping last night was AWESOME! Seriously, after so many nights sleeping on the floor and in a CD rack, sleeping on any kind of really padded surface was totally satisfying. I actually slept in. It was a little awkward waking up because there were employees back there, they clearly hadn’t noticed me because I got the funniest look. It was worth it though.
Ah, so what did I do today? I went ahead and bought some pants. There were sweat pants for $7, I think I’ll turn into a walmart Pajamma bum. I had some money saved up so I got some t-shirts and some underwear (both on sale). I’m feeling (so) fresh and (so) clean (clean). I cleaned the bathroom and my mom brought me some leftovers from their dinner last night.
Geoff is here again. I was really happy about that. I got to talk to him. Apparently he’s being required to work an undesirable shift just for this month, but he’s going to comply. He told me today about his divorce. I prayed for him and he said he’s never really been much for church or anything but said he was interested in maybe learning more about it all. He’s going to stay after work tomorrow and we’re going to read the bible together. I’m pretty excited! Unfortunately, all we have here is the King James Version, which is hard to read. But it’ll be alright.
More updates tomorrow! I’ve got shelves to stock and I think I’m going to see if one of the other guys wants to sleep on the cot tonight. Goodnight everyone!
