I wish I could talk to her . We used to stay up late at night telling childhood stories or even reenacting them. One time I chased her around the house with one of the those backpack x2000 super soaker’s. She fell down the stairs and started crying. I had to pick her up and carry her to the bathroom. She had a nasty cut on her forehead. After I cleaned it she told me that we would never have kids because I would probably injure them somehow and then she’d have to hurt
me. We laughed for a while and eventually fell asleep there on the floor.
During the winter she and I take the metro downtown. The city is always beautiful this time of year. Snow falls in large flakes on the embassies and antiquated buildings. Every taxi cab, every passerby, and every busy shop grow quiet. I might otherwise be lonely, but instead I feel a heightened closeness to my wife. I squeeze her hand tightly and we walk on.
I don’t really have a wife…sorry, The cold floor made me fantasize, but I do like D.C. in the winter!
Todays event’s: Went to shoe section.
Tried to browse the store, but have gotten bored with that
Spent all my money on things I didn’t need. (Nerf Gun)
I asked Steve if he’d buy one so we could play our hide and go seek game with them. He said sure, but didn’t seem too enthusiastic. I hope he’s okay.
